About Us

Bill Moulton, General Adjuster

Bill began his career in August, 1972 with GAB Business Services and served in the New Orleans Property office during the 24 years he was employed.  Bill began his employment as a Damage Appraiser but, after completing extensive courses and GAB schools, was quickly promoted to Adjuster and later attained the position of General Adjuster.  As a General Adjuster, Bill was involved with residential, commercial, industrial, municipal and business interruption claims of all sizes and complexities throughout the State of Louisiana.  Bill left GAB in January, 1997 to open Moulton Adjustment Co, LLC.  He is a member of the New Orleans Claims Association, the Louisiana Claims Association and the Honorable Order of the Blue Goose International of which he is a Past Most Loyal Gander.  Bill has 39 years of adjusting experience and is licensed in Louisiana and is Flood certified.

Wayne B. Peck, General Adjuster

Wayne has 36 years of experience in Property, Casualty, Fidelity & Bond, and Professional Liability claims.  He began his career with GAB Business Services in 1976.  He was hired by the St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Company in 1980 and later became the Property Supervisor in the New Orleans office.   He joined Moulton Adjusting Company in 2004.  He has handled large property claims of all types including business interruption.

He has a Certificate of Insurance and an Associated in Claims from the Insurance Institute of America.  He received the Louisiana Certified Claims Professional designation from the Louisiana Claim Association in 2004.  He is licensed in Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida, South Carolina, and Texas and is flood certified.  He is a member of the Louisiana Claim Association, the New Orleans Claims Association, and the Honorable Order of the Blue Goose.  He has testified as an expert in federal court in Louisiana and Mississippi.  He has also testified as an expert in Claim Handling, Claim Supervision and Post Katrina Pricing in Louisiana State Courts.

Frank J. Taormina, CPCU, AIC

Frank began his career as an adjuster in 2001 with The Worley Companies after passing extensive testing required to work with their largest client State Farm as a catastrophe adjuster.  Soon after, his responsibilities evolved to include adjusting commercial claims, investigation of liability claims as well as subrogation recovery as a third party administrator.  In 2003 Frank joined AIG Claim Services working exclusively as a property adjuster handling Louisiana Citizens property claims in the greater New Orleans area.  When that contract expired in 2005, Frank returned to The Worley Companies until joining Moulton Adjusting Company in 2006.  Since that time, Frank’s responsibilities have included adjusting commercial and residential property claims.  Frank is a licensed adjuster in Louisiana and Texas and is Flood certified.  He has acquired the Associate in Claims and the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designations from The Institutes and is a past member of the CPCU Society.  Currently Frank is a member of the Louisiana Claims Association and Honorable Order of the Blue Goose International of which he is presently the Most Loyal Gander of the Louisiana Pond.
